cost and time efficiency
you may simply need a 3d model, or a full-stack development. regardless of the scale, we'd be glad to help you all the same.
many conventional manufacturing methods require forbidding starting costs. take die manufacturing for example, whose enormous upfront cost would hardly make sense for small-scale production.
we can help you significantly accelerate your project and keep costs sensible at the same time. 3d printed parts are charged by weight, meaning you simply pay for what you print. the physical printing itself takes an hour or more depending on size and specifications.
laser cutting is charged by length, also meaning you pay for what you cut. the physical cutting is rapid, taking less than 5 minutes for smaller, simpler geometries.
save your machinery from premature retirement
so many business owners have had to retire machinery (on which they had invested so much) when manufacturers discontinue spare parts. it is wasteful to discard an otherwise productive workhorse simply because of 1 missing component.
take control over your asset. we can help you replace that missing component while simultaneously saving time and cost. leverage our rapid fabrication methods that do not impose minimum quantity.
do not let logistical disruptions hinder your business
many people have had their operations hit hard when their machinery needs a replacement that they are unable to obtain due to major disruptions in global logistics. no one wants to incur loses because of events that are beyond their control.
take control over your asset. we can help you replace that missing component while simultaneously saving time and cost. our fabrication methods do not require minimum quantity nor months of lead times.
no drama
over minimum quantity
we know that helpless feeling when every door you knock on wants you to order a minimum of 5,000 pieces when all you need is 1. we certainly don't expect you to turn the 4,999 unused pieces into wall decoration.
luckily, not every manufacturing method works in a large scale. also, large scale manufacturing doesn't always trump cost-wise. 3d printing and laser cutting are definitely some of the alternatives that can work in your favour. print, cut 1 piece or a hundred, no problem. the best part is, we can help you with the toughest part - finding the most sensible solution.
ultimately, cost efficiency takes into account not only unit cost; utilization cost matters as much. what good is a low unit cost when 4,999 pieces are wasted?
we don't second-guess.
we use technology and tools
for precision. how?
no more second-guessing and hoping for the best. we harness technology, tools & knowhow to achieve precision. ultimately, it's a question of tolerance.
cad (computer aided design) is where we use cutting-edge hardware and software to deliver precision. for example, 3d modeling tolerance can be 0.01mm tight, 3d scanning tolerance can be 0.1mm. when dealing with machinery parts, locking mechanism, etc., precision is of utmost importance as the needed component is part of an assembly of numerous components that depend on each other to properly function.
and yes we absolutely use old-school, time-tested kits too, including the indefatigable vernier caliper!
get your money to work for you & off the warehouse floor
some companies stock up on valuable spare parts in anticipation of unforeseen events. having asset sitting in the warehouse for potentially extended amount of time means that precious cashflow is stuck & unavailable to areas which have more productive use for that cash.
take control over your asset. we can help you fabricate a component while simultaneously saving time and cost. our fabrication methods do not require minimum quantity nor months of lead times.
i've never done this before, so i'm hesitant. but i'm curious...
as much as we'd love your business, we want to make sure that you are comfortable if you decide to try 3d fabrication. so, we'll take time to talk to you and to understand your goals. only then will we propose possible paths.
you'll always be in control at every step, and you can decide if you'd like to proceed, and where you'd like to pause or stop.
and you can count on us to tell you if we don't think we can help you achieve your goals. our reputation and relationship with you are at stake, so we'll never compromise.
is 3d fabrication the ultimate solution for all?
no. we'd be lying if we said otherwise.
if you're looking to churn out say a simple cube upwards of thousands pieces per year for many years to come with no change in design, then conventional manufacturing methods would make much more sense.
if for example you're needing hypodermic needles fabrication, we do not have the facilities. yet.
existing practices/applications
in the 3d arena
3d applications have existed for decades and yes, it's still a high-growth area where exciting research and developments are being done. in dentistry for example, 3d technology has been used for decades for printing unique, customized mouth guards (invisiAlign, etc.).
other existing applications include the following industries:
- jewellery
- construction
- healthcare
- aerospace
- automotive
- forensics
- fashion
- arts
- and many many more
but don't take our word for it. google keywords such as "3d applications europe."
