reverse engineering
reverse engineering is fundamentally deconstructing an object with the objective of recreating the product in its original state. that shouldn't limit you from extracting desired qualities out of an object and incorporating modifications.
many people have had to retire machinery on which they had invested so much on when spare parts have been discontinued by manufacturer. it is wasteful to discard an otherwise productive workhorse simply because of 1 missing component.
there are also many whose operations have been hit hard when their machinery needs a replacement that they are unable to obtain due to major disruptions in global logistics. no one wants to incur loses because of events that are beyond their control.
on the contrary, there are companies who stock up on spare parts in anticipation. having asset sitting in the warehouse for potentially extended amount of time means that precious cashflow is stuck & unavailable to areas which have more productive use for that cash.
others would like to get from v1.0 to v2.0 and ameliorate a product that may or may not be directly related to machinery.
we can help you replace that missing component or modify an object while simultaneously saving time and cost. our fabrication methods do not require minimum quantity nor months of lead times.
